Key Responsibilities

  • Possess expertise in sales and demonstrate strong passion for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new business clients.
  • Present our CBS service offerings to potential clients, articulating the benefits and value propositions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility services or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients, internal and external teams.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive for results.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Bachelor's or AA degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
