Sales Executive - CBS Division

What You Will Do

• Possessors of a tenacious spirit, you will prospect for business, identifying and qualifying potential clients.
• You will manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals, and making presentations.
• To win new clients, you will overcome objections and prepare appealing proposals, continually building your prospect pipeline each day.
• You will utilize and manage the company’s CRM to capture and enter all customer information, ensuring the successful completion of the project scope through independent contractors.
• You will enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere, and be an excellent communicator capable of facilitating presentations or one-on-one meetings.
• You will possess strong closing skills and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook.

Requirements

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (construction industry preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales.
• Project or construction management experience preferred.
• An organized approach to the sales process, moving clients from prospect to close.
• Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Prior sales training.
• An outgoing, dynamic personality.
• A strong communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook.

About the Role
