About The Role
QbDVision is searching for a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing marketing team in the Boston, MA area. Key objectives in this role are to equip sales teams with the training, content, and tools they need to develop and qualify leads, close deals, and support customers effectively. You will partner closely and act as a strategic bridge between marketing, product, and sales to build compelling sales narratives around our product positioning, onboard and train internal sales teams, and elevate sales performance to accelerate revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in general marketing, product marketing, sales/marketing operations, or related roles
- Strong storytelling and exceptional marketing communication skills, conveying a message, building belief, and eliciting action
- Excellent project management, organization, collaboration skills, and considerable attention to detail
- Proven experience creating and distributing content that drives business success with measurable results
- A willingness to get things done - must be a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to ideate and execute with equal skill
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B high-growth or start-up environment (Pharma and Biotech experience is a plus, but not a must-have)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), content management systems (e.g., PaperFlite)
