Sales Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Onboard and ramp design AE and SDR onboarding program with structured curriculum, weekly schedule, milestone checkpoints.
• Create ramp certifications for product knowledge, discovery, demo delivery, objection handling.
• Define 30/60/90 day success metrics and leading indicators.
• Partner with Sales Engineers and top performers to capture and repeat winning plays.
• Run weekly call coaching sessions, surface patterns, create training moments.
• Develop and maintain discovery framework for ER/Specialty and GP buyer personas.
• Develop objection-handling guides tied to real loss reasons from HubSpot.
• Measure ramp time, call quality scores, win rates, SDR-to-AE conversion.
• Cross-functional partner with Product Marketing for new feature launches: positioning to training to certified readiness.
• Provide feedback loop between field conversations and product roadmap.
• Work with RevOps on pipeline/conversion data to find skill gaps.
• Support QBR prep, board deck inputs, rep performance reviews.

Requirements

• Must Haves: 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or high-performing AE/SDR with documented shift to enablement.
• Deep fluency in sales methodology and discovery.
• Strong content creator – playbooks, call frameworks, training materials.
• Coaching instinct – can analyze call recordings and provide actionable feedback quickly.
• Data comfortable – HubSpot, call intelligence tools, pipeline reports.
• Fast, iterative builder – ship imperfect-but-useful.
• Proficient with AI for writing, research, call analysis, content drafts.

Preferred

• Built enablement function from scratch.
• Healthcare technology, SaaS for SMBs, or vertical software experience.
• Veterinary or medical practice workflow familiarity (ER, specialty, GP).
• Built onboarding for both transactional SMB and consultative enterprise motions.

Pay

Compensation range: $105,000 - $150,000 (base + variable)
