Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The Role
We're looking for AI Business Analysts to gather requirements and optimize processes. This isn't a "smile and dial" role. You'll be reaching out to senior operators at large enterprises, so you need the business IQ to speak their language and earn their attention.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and optimize processes
- Conduct intelligent 10-15 minute voice or text-based interviews with your teams to rapidly capture the institutional knowledge you need to execute on projects
- Learn from each conversation, cross-reference information, and analyze all the findings to deliver actionable insights
- Capture mapping & optimize complex processes, gather knowledge from employees' heads and document it, support automation projects, uncover root causes to significant problems and more
- Turn tribal knowledge into institutional knowledge by turning all the information gathered into a private, secure knowledge base that can be used by the org
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or a high-performance environment (startups, consulting, sports, military, etc.)
- Sharp business IQ — you can hold your own in conversations with senior buyers
- Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and in writing
- Expertise in using AI tools like Arthur to conduct interviews and gather insights
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Based in NYC (required—our clients are here)
- Proficiency in multiple languages (to support cross-functional teams)
- Experience working with AI-driven solutions and tools
- Early-stage role with real ownership and equity upside
- Clear path to Account Executive / Strategic Accounts role
- Work directly with founders from Morgan Stanley, Citadel, and D&B
- Shape how AI transforms enterprise consulting
