What You’ll Do
- Possessors of high-potential general contractors across North America.
- Prospect and identify high-potential general contractors across North America.
- Make outbound calls and book product demos for our Account Executives.
- Write high-converting cold emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages that open doors.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion.
- Track activities and insights in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Bring curiosity, energy, and urgency to every conversation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (a must).
- Coachability: you take feedback seriously and level up fast.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.
- Competitive mindset: you love setting records, breaking them, and being #1 on the leaderboard.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus!
