Responsibilities
- Sales Order Management:
- Process and manage international sales orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, customers, and shipping departments to ensure timely order and shipment fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange and monitor international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
- Track and report on shipment status, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
- Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing and processing documentation, including invoices and shipping documents.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update sales and shipping systems with accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and oversee inventory, sales orders, and logistics.
- Support the sales and origin teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics. Previous sales administration or a detail-oriented background is helpful.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Strong understanding of international shipping and coordination.
- Comfortability working between sales, customers, and logistics providers.
- Ability to navigate complicated tasks and exhibit good judgement and decision making.
- Ability to handle unfamiliar situations that require problem solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and also on an independent basis.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $58,800 – $88,200. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity, in alignment with our compensation structure.
