About the role

MAHLE powertrain products are used globally in two-wheeler vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and large engines. This business unit develops and produces high-quality engine systems and components for motorsports, supercars, high-performance vehicles, and leading engine manufacturers. Electronics and mechatronics components play a crucial role in enhancing powertrain efficiency and the transition toward e-mobility. MAHLE offers innovative solutions for electrification, including electric drives, power electronics, control units, actuators, and auxiliaries.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product expert and sales representative for phone support of MAHLE Motorsport PowerPak products and custom sales.
  • Support all customer-related sales and logistics issues, collaborating with manufacturing representatives and warehouse distributors.
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers via phone and during periodic customer visits.
  • Enter, process, and track sales orders, production requests, returns, and credits using SAP.
  • Perform data entry related to pricing, purchase orders (POs), order status, and customer records.
  • Conduct stock checks, order tracking, and logistics follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor customer inventories, forecast component needs, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies, returns, credits, and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and customer satisfaction while supporting random and high-volume customer requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, technical sales, customer service, or a similar commercial/technical role.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to professionally support customer needs via phone and direct communication.
  • Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, for data entry, reporting, and sales administration tasks.
  • Ability to manage order processing and follow-up, including stock checks, order tracking, and basic sales documentation.
