Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Process new customer contracts and establish customer accounts and job records within the Sedona and Rapid Systems.
- Process customer payments accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Process customer orders via phone, email and/or online order forms.
- Maintain and manage customer portals, including account setup, updates, documentation and ongoing account maintenance.
- Support customer onboarding by ensuring accurate account information, documentation, and system records.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management.
- Communicate significant customer concerns to sales lead and management.
- Work with team members to reach sales goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of the business product offerings.
- Aid in tracking all sales processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualification
- A high school education or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year working as an administrative assistant or support agent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in office setting.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
