RN Triage - Primary Care

Position: Registered Nurse Triage Location: Elmhurst Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, generally 7:30am - 4:30pm Role Overview: The RN Triage Nurse provides patient care via inbound and outbound phone interactions, assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical evaluation, education, and problem-solving. The role emphasizes positive customer relationships and requires strong communication skills. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR BLS (AHA), operational knowledge of physician practice, excellent verbal and written communication, professional telephone etiquette, teamwork, self-motivation, stress management, time management, and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations is essential. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $35.15 to $54.48, with potential for increases.
