RN Triage - Primary Care

Role: Registered Nurse Triage Responsibilities: Provide patient care via inbound and outbound phone calls, assess caller needs through active listening, clinical evaluation, education, and problem-solving. Demonstrate strong customer relationship skills, professional telephone etiquette, and handle high-stress situations effectively. Must manage time efficiently, communicate clearly, and operate basic computer systems. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR BLS (AHA), operational knowledge of physician practice, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter attitude, team-oriented, capable of multitasking (talking and typing simultaneously), and proficient in keyboard and internet use. Key Duties: Conduct clinical assessments, educate patients, address health concerns remotely, and ensure quality patient interactions.
