RN Triage - Primary Care

Position: Registered Nurse Triage Location: Elmhurst Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week Hours: M-F, generally 7:30am - 4:30pm Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48/hour, based on experience Responsibilities: The RN Triage Nurse provides patient care via inbound and outbound telephone practice, demonstrating strong customer relationship skills through active listening, clinical assessment, education, and problem-solving. The role requires handling high-stress situations, managing time effectively, and maintaining professionalism in communication. The nurse must be capable of multitasking, including talking on the phone and typing simultaneously.
