RN Triage - Primary Care

Position: Registered Nurse Triage Location: Elmhurst Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, generally 7:30am - 4:30pm Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48/hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Responsible for patient care via inbound and outbound telephone practice, assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical evaluation, education, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates strong customer relationship skills and professional telephone etiquette. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license, CPR BLS (AHA), knowledge of physician practice operations, excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, self-motivation, high stress management, time management, basic computer skills, ability to multitask on phone and keyboard.
