RN On Call - Operating Room (Exempt) → Registered Nurse - On Call - Operating Room

We are seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - On Call to provide after-hours patient care support across departments, primarily in the Operating Room. This full-time, exempt role involves responding within 30 minutes to on-call notifications, ensuring readiness for surgical cases, and coordinating safe, effective outcomes using clinical judgment. Position offers a unique schedule: 7 days of work (including 24-hour shifts and on-call duties) followed by 7 days off, with no requirement to stay in-house. Qualifications include a minimum of two years of relevant RN experience in acute or specialty care , a current Missouri RN license , and BLS certification Preferred certifications include AORN and ACLS. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing essential nursing functions. Skills required include effective communication , time management , proficiency with electronic health records , and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Physical demands involve prolonged standing, walking, and movement.
