RN On Call - Operating Room (Exempt) → Registered Nurse - On Call - Operating Room

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call role outside regular hours to support patient care in the Operating Room Department. Responsibilities include: providing on-call nursing support, assessing situations, coordinating care, responding promptly to notifications, and ensuring safe, effective outcomes. The role requires adherence to policies, protocols, and scope of practice. Key duties: work 24-hour shifts during scheduled "on" weeks, maintain a 30-minute response time, and provide end-of-shift relief for surgical cases extending beyond normal hours. The schedule alternates with 7 days off. Qualifications and skills: minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience in acute or procedural settings, current Missouri RN license, BLS certification, and ability to work independently within on-call responsibilities. Physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods is required. Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills are essential.
