RN - Observation Unit - Days

Role: Registered Nurse - Observation Unit Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations.Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.Collaborate with healthcare team members, including nurses and physicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelors preferred, with a requirement to obtain a Bachelor's within five years if starting with an Associate Degree.Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.Knowledge of EKG interpretation and NIHSS Stroke Scale certification (required).Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, surgical care experience, ACLS certification, and inpatient nursing experience.
