RN - Observation Unit - Days

Position: Registered Nurse - Observation Unit Location: Elmhurst Main Hospital Part-Time: 24 hours/week Hours: 7am-7pm with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Qualifications & Skills: Hold an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; current Illinois RN license; CPR certification; knowledge of EKG interpretation; NIHSS Stroke Scale certification (required). Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, surgical care experience, ACLS certification, and inpatient nursing experience. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $37.25 to $57.74, based on experience.
