About the role
Join our not-for-profit organization as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) and provide quality care to seniors in a Christian environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized resident care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice, including resident education, care coordination, and interventions across all health phases.
- May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe, reliable care within scope and standards of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred).
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- Maintain required competencies and certifications.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
