Role: Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
- Perform resident assessments
- Provide education and nursing interventions
- Serve as charge nurse
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff
- Ensure safe and effective resident care within scope of practice
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
- Competency in clinical standards and resident-centered care
