- 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Every other weekend required
Pay
- Hourly range: $33.00 – $48.00
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and practice age- and population-specific standards in the assigned clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across all phases: prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
- Coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, and deliver resident education
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel based on job descriptions, skills, resident needs, and delegate competence
- Ensure safe, reliable administration of care and resolution of concerns by providing adequate support to delegates
- Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, administrative rules, and professional standards of practice and code of ethics
Requirements
- Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
