Join our not-for-profit organization as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized nursing care to seniors in a Christian environment. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver resident-centered care.Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.Serving as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, quality care.Operating within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Include Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
