About the role

Join our not-for-profit organization as a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized nursing care to seniors in a Christian environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver resident-centered care.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Serving as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, quality care.
• Operating within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
