About the role
Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to residents in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure quality resident care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care strategies.
- Provide care across all phases, including preventative, maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment interventions.
- Coordinate care activities, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education and nursing interventions.
- Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.
- Operate within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Providing comprehensive resident care.
- Coordinating with healthcare teams.
- Supervising staff.
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, patient-centered care, and effective delegation skills.
