RN - Emergency Services

About the role

Provide critical patient transport and scene call work via air ambulance. Assess, monitor, and treat critically ill or injured patients, supporting physicians' orders. Ensure a safe, clean aircraft environment, conduct equipment checks, and adhere to safety standards. Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners. Maintain accurate documentation and required certifications, including ongoing training. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and treat critically ill or injured patients during air transport.
• Support physicians' orders and provide emergency care.
• Maintain a safe and clean aircraft environment.
• Conduct equipment checks and adhere to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Keep certifications current, including completing ongoing training.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in relevant states.
• EMT and Trauma Certifications as required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• NRP certification (provided during training).
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior flight experience.
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
