Responsibilities
- Assessing and managing critically ill or injured patients in flight, supporting physicians' orders, and providing high-quality care.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft environment, and ensuring safety standards and protocols are followed.
- Collaborating effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners, while accurately documenting all procedures and shift information.
- Maintaining necessary certifications and ongoing training to meet safety and professional standards.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in emergency or adult critical care as a licensed RN.
- Current RN license in the relevant states, along with EMT and trauma certifications where required.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (training provided), and CFRN within 24 months of hire.
Preferred Skills
- Prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
