Role Overview

Seeking an Emergency Services RN to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The position involves applying specialized nursing skills, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Various full and part-time night shift opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Delivering emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and implementing interventions
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
• At least 1 year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty residency
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
