RN - Emergency Services

Responsibilities

• Assess, support, monitor, and treat critically ill or injured patients during air transport and scene calls.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment.
• Perform regular equipment and base checks, and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
• Document shift change information and adhere to protocols for accurate records.
• Maintain necessary certifications and ongoing training.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years' experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the relevant states.
• EMT and Trauma Certifications as required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (NRP provided during training).
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and professionalism skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior flight experience.
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
