Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and managing critical care situations for adult and pediatric patients.
- Supporting physicians’ orders with critical thinking and clinical skills.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-equipped aircraft environment.
- Communicating effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintaining required certifications and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as an RN.
- Current RN license in relevant states.
- Certifications: EMT, Trauma, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (training provided).
- Certification as a Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months.
- Prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS are preferred.
