About the role
We are hiring a Flight Nurse to join a team dedicated to safe air transportation of patients and scene call work.
Responsibilities
- Assess critical care situations
- Support and monitor adult or pediatric patients
- Follow physician orders
- Maintain a safe aircraft environment
- Ensure safety standards and documentation compliance
- Collaborate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners
- Share shift information
- Maintain certification and training requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN
- Current RN license in the relevant states
- EMT and Trauma Certifications
- Required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Certification as a Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire
Preferred Skills
- Prior flight experience
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
Schedule
- Two 24-hour shifts weekly
