About the role
Provide critical patient transport via air ambulance, ensuring safety, quality care, and effective communication with air and ground teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage critically ill or injured patients in flight, supporting physicians' orders
- Maintain a safe, clean aircraft environment and adhere to safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members, dispatch, and partners
- Accurately document shift change information and maintain certifications and training
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN
- Current RN license in applicable states
- EMT and Trauma Certifications as required by state
Qualifications
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (NRP provided during training)
- CFRN certification within 24 months of hire
Preferred Skills
- Prior flight experience
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
Pay
Competitive hourly pay.
Schedule
Two 24-hour shifts weekly.
