About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative leadership by collaborating on quality improvement initiatives, staff performance evaluations, and fostering a participative environment.
- Support staff development, ensure competency maintenance, and promote professionalism.
- Manage operations by optimizing staffing, ensuring a safe environment, and facilitating effective care models that respect diversity.
- Participate in hiring, orientation, and performance improvement activities, utilizing data to enhance care quality.
- Coordinate with healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care and maintain compliance with standards.
- Oversee resource management, balancing patient needs with cost efficiency.
- Engage in professional growth, leadership activities, and community involvement, promoting best practices and innovation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred. Experience may substitute with ongoing education.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, and accreditation standards.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and specialty certification within six months of eligibility.
