About the role

The Clinical Assistant Manager advocates for safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care while managing personnel, budget, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical and administrative leadership by developing improvement initiatives, providing staff feedback, conducting evaluations, and fostering professional growth.
• Ensure efficient unit operations, safe environments, appropriate staffing, and effective care delivery through collaboration with healthcare teams and compliance with standards.
• Participate in performance improvement activities, data utilization, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Manage resources wisely, balancing patient needs with cost efficiency, and support staff development and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, preferably BSN, with at least two years of clinical experience and one year in leadership roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, regulatory standards, and financial processes.
• Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and specialty certification within six months if applicable.
