About the role

The Clinical Assistant Manager oversees nursing operations, resource allocation, and staff management to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. They collaborate with the Clinical Manager on quality improvement initiatives, staff performance evaluations, and fostering professional development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing adequacy and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support regulatory compliance.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and manage unit resources efficiently.
• Promote staff engagement, professionalism, and professional development.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (BSN preferred).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Specialty certification within six months of eligibility.
