Review Team Panel Recruitment

About the role

CORU is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to join the panel of Review Team members for several Registration Boards. The panel will include professional practitioners, academics (educators on relevant professional programmes), and Chairpersons.

The Review Team’s expertise will be used to make recommendations to the Board on education and training programmes, assessing whether they meet the threshold criteria and standards of proficiency set by a Registration Board for approval.

Full training will be provided to appointed members.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate education and training programmes against the threshold criteria and standards of proficiency established by the relevant Registration Board.
• Provide expert recommendations to the Registration Board on programme approval.

Requirements

• Suitably qualified individuals with expertise in one or more of the following Registration Boards:
  • Dietitians Registration Board
  • Medical Scientists Registration Board
  • Occupational Therapists Registration Board
  • Optical Registration Board (Dispensing Opticians)
  • Physiotherapists Registration Board
  • Podiatrists Registration Board
  • Radiographers Registration Board (Radiation Therapists)
  • Social Workers Registration Board
  • Social Care Registration Board
  • Speech and Language Therapists Registration Board
• Professional practitioners, academics (educators on relevant professional programmes), or individuals with experience suitable for a Chairperson role.
