The qualified Recruitment Coordinator has at least 2 years of coordinator experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA and we have an in office expectation of 5 days a week. The Recruitment Coordinator Is Responsible For Schedule and manage interviews, both virtual and in person, across multiple time zones ensuring a seamless candidate experienceRespond to Crew Members and candidates via phone and email concerning various aspects of recruiting including application questions and troubleshootingPerform routine tasks in applicant tracking system (Avature)Coordinate required onboarding events and session across multiple departmentsManage and direct relocation with candidate and vendorsWorking collaboratively with other departments. The Recruitment Coordinator Has 2-3 years in a fast-paced role involving scheduling, administration, coordination, or customer-facing communicationFamiliarity with ATS and HRIS systems, Avature and Dayforce are a plusHigh comfort level with Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalismDetail oriented and organized, with experience following procedures and improving workflowsA four year degree is strongly preferred We want to hear from you!
