Recruitment Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Review and manage job offer requests, issue offer letters and manage associated documentation.
• Support candidates in navigating the application process and discovering career pathways by recommending alternative roles when appropriate and ensuring a positive, supportive recruitment.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract talent.
• Career coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring positive and professional experience.
• Onboarding support: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Offboarding support: Handle employee offboarding, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
• Facilitation: Serve as a facilitator for an interactive and engaging new hire orientation program for all employees.
• Professionalism: Serve as a role model for professional conduct both in the workplace and in situations that may impact the Company's reputation or employee trust.

What We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with UltiPro/UKG and TalentNest preferred.
• Exceptional professionalism, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
