Responsibilities
- Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers.
- Aids in new hire training and orientation.
- Participates in hiring events.
- Maintains personnel files.
- Various HR/Administrative duties.
- District Manager Support.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the US.
- Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
