We are seeking Retail Sales Technicians to join uBreakiFix. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who combine strong people skills with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and human-centric experiences to customers.
• Leverage the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to enhance the customer experience and upsell Asurion’s products and services.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices.
• Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player.
• Navigate the intersection of retail, tech, and sales seamlessly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably for at least one year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (though not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.

Pay

$17.00 per hour + earn unlimited sales incentives. (Real-life – employees earn on average $531/month additional)
