Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and human-centric experiences to customers.
• Leverage the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and upsell Asurion’s products and services.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices.
• Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player.
• Navigate the intersection of retail, tech, and sales seamlessly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales for at least one year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (though not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.

Qualifications

No formal tech experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided to help you become proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices.
