Retail Sales Technician (Electronic Repair)

About the role

We are seeking Retail Sales Technicians at uBreakiFix who can combine their technical expertise with exceptional people skills. This role offers starting pay of $17 per hour plus unlimited sales incentives, and comes with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face at our uBreakiFix stores, providing personalized and human-centric experiences to customers.
• Leverage the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to enhance the customer experience and upsell Asurion’s products and services.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of customer electronic devices.
• Support the dynamic retail store environment as a team player and meet the surrounding market's needs.
• Navigate the intersection of retail, tech, and sales seamlessly, utilizing multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (though not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.

Qualifications

No formal tech experience is required. We provide high-quality paid training to help you become proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices.
