We are seeking Retail Sales Technicians to join uBreakiFix, a company that bridges the gap between tech enthusiasts and customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who can combine their technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and human-centric experiences to customers.
• Leverage Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to enhance the customer experience and upsell Asurion’s products and services.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices.
• Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player.
• Navigate the intersection of retail, tech, and sales seamlessly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably for at least one year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (though not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.

Qualifications

No formal tech experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to help you become proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices.
