About the Role

As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with store inventory maintenance. Your focus is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and ensure a positive customer experience, including servicing warranty repairs and additional store duties.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide excellent service
• Service customer instruments with craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear
• Complete warranty repairs
• Perform other assigned tasks

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

• Effective trainer and communicator of techniques
