Role Overview

The Repair Tech (Guitar) is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, primarily guitars, while assisting in store inventory upkeep. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality craftsmanship and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repairs
