About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer experience. Ideal candidates should possess a skilled understanding of guitar repairs and foundational product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess repair needs and provide service updates
• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments and store inventory
• Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Support store operations, including inventory management and sales support
• Promote and sell certification programs for instruments
• Train and mentor colleagues on repair techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repairs and maintenance
• Foundational product knowledge of guitars and related instruments
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience with warranty repair processes preferred
