Guitar Repair Technician

About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, initiative, product knowledge, and effective training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments
• Maintain store equipment and inventory
• Complete warranty repairs and additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and develop product knowledge
• Experience in training others is a plus
• Foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products (preferred)
