Retail Guitar Repair Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repairs on customer-owned guitars, supports store inventory, and delivers high-quality craftsmanship while ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional duties include servicing store gear and completing warranty repairs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide excellent service
• Service and repair guitars with craftsmanship
• Maintain store gear as needed
• Perform warranty repairs
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

• Skilled understanding of guitar repairs

• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques through certification
