About the Role

A Repair Tech (Guitar) services and repairs customer-owned instruments, primarily guitars, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. The role involves maintaining store inventory, handling warranty repairs, and contributing to a positive customer experience through direct interaction and knowledgeable support.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer instruments
• Service store-owned gear and complete warranty repairs
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in inventory maintenance and additional store duties
• Train others and foster a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair techniques
• Foundational product knowledge of musical instruments and store offerings
