About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They assist in maintaining store inventory, complete warranty repairs, and contribute to the store's business growth through excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to deliver a positive experience
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments
• Maintain store gear as needed
• Perform warranty repairs
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Proactive, able to identify opportunities and resolve issues independently
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques through certification programs
• Effective trainer with good instructional communication skills

Preferences

• Basic knowledge of store products is advantageous
