About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) is responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned guitars, servicing store gear, and completing warranty repairs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality craftsmanship while providing excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on guitars and store equipment
• Complete warranty repair work accurately and efficiently
• Support store operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
