About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assists with store inventory maintenance. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences through high-quality craftsmanship and supporting warranty repairs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service customer instruments with craftsmanship
• Maintain store gear as needed
• Complete warranty repair work
• Perform additional duties as assigned
