About the role
The Reservations Experience Agent assists guests with planning their visits by promoting all Nemacolin offerings. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, making reservations, providing information about local features, and coordinating with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming emails and phone calls to assist guests with inquiries and reservations regarding resort offerings.
- Proactively making outbound emails and phone calls to plan guests' experiences.
- Maintaining current knowledge of all resort offerings and hours of operation.
- Providing information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, or recreational destinations.
- Inputting reservations and guest information accurately and completely.
- Promoting special events and activities to support revenue goals.
- Demonstrating Five-Star and Five-Diamond service standards.
- Following phone conversation flow guidelines.
- Cross-department coordination to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer experience required.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to organizational and environmental changes.
- Detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy of reservations.
- Able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
